We build educational materials for the late-career mind. Programmes, publications and short courses, taught by senior practitioners in a small studio above Princess Street.

We treat learning the way good teachers always have: slowly, in cohorts, with attention to the body as well as the mind.

The first month. Conversation, listening, the patient mapping of where you are and what you sense should change next.

A small but serious reading list. We treat leadership the way Oxbridge treats philosophy: as a literature.

Practise

Studio sessions with peers and faculty. Filmed, transcribed, rehearsed. The body learns before the mind does.
